Sniffing around

I have a lot of thought when i was alone in the bus. I really thought a lot. Dunno what should i write now.
Ok, shall review a bit about current situation. Again, i go around to sniff and see what is happening.
When everything seems goin all rite, why, why there's always have changes. Especially relation between people.
How come there's so much conflict around?
what i heard from one side is different with another side. What can i do? I dont have enough influences yet to influence each party. This kind of "miscommunication" had been before. The party just never able to sit down properly and show out what they truly want and how can to create a win-win solution. NEVER! All they do just simply complaining about the other party.. Is it really so difficult to say out what you want?
One side never really know what the other party want if he/she keep doing guessing games, and vice versa. Stop doing the guessing about the other think, go and ask. So that can really solve the problem. Provided the parties still want the relation.
