Working Pace

Everyone not born equally?
That might be truth. But even if we are not born equal, we are given the same ability. The ability to response, choose etc. Some people are just simple dun believe in themselves that they can change. They simply blame that they are born like that.

Whoever is it, everyone have their own rhythm, their own pace, their thinking and action. And as i believe everything have 2 side, good and bad. However it is very frustated when working someone not in the same pace with you, either faster or slower.

In nature law, the only thing never change is "change" itself. Yet people are just simply fear to change, even change for better.
I often meet with people who dun like to change, they just simply blame it's their nature. Here i mean to improve. As to improve, we need to change the old habit.

I naturally a fast paced, however working with most people, i tried to follow most people.
But in the end, i end up create prob for myself and others.

Now i realize, as leaders, take lead, lead the pace, and lead the way. If someone not follow the lead, check and guide along....
